Peace Portal

An online Peace Portal is currently in development and will be launched in 2010. The Portal will provide centralised access to diverse information on conflict prevention and peace building. Users will find relevant documents, discuss issues and contribute to conflict prevention and peace building knowledge base, with user generated content being one of the Portal's key features. The Peace Portal is an initiative of the European Centre for Conflict Prevention (ECCP), supported by the Netherlands Ministry of Economic Affairs and the City of The Hague. It is currently being developed in partnership with other civil society organisations, inside and outside the Netherlands. The Peace Portal is in the testing phase, during which several pilot-projects are being carried out, involving GPPAC members and working groups.
